Report: Differential treatment of workers under 25 regarding their access to the labour market

The European Parliament has published the report on the access of young workers to the labour market. The report describes the challenges of young people on the labour market and the measures to support them, with a focus on vocational education and training. Six case studies in Austria, Finland, France, Italy, Poland and the United Kingdom examine different strategies to prevent and combat youth unemployment.

The report concludes with different policy recommendations, such as the inclusion of social partners in the strategies and the improvement of public employment services.
