ETUCE monitors the development of formal, informal and non-formal learning in the EU2020 process. Recognition of non-formal and informal learning are essential to facilitate  further learning and employability or all kinds of learners. Quality assurance in non-formal and informal learning should be improved. ETUCE supports the implementation process of Council Recommendation on the validation of non-formal and informal learning (2012).
