In this short documentary, we hear directly from teachers, support staff, and school leaders at the University of Malta and Margaret Mortimer Secondary School in Santa Lucia. They share the realities of increased workload, digitalisation, and the mental health challenges facing the profession today.
This video was filmed during the ETUCE-EFEE field visit in January 2025 as part of the APRES COVID project – a European initiative to address psychosocial risks in the education sector through social dialogue and policy action.
