OECD: How Teacher-Student Relations Affect Student’s Well-Being at School?

Published:

The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation Development) has published in April 2015, as part of their series "Pisa in Focus", an analysis on "how teacher-student relations affect student's well-being at school". The publication states that a positive relationship impacts the students' attitudes in learning, performance and belonging in school positively.

In most of the OECD member countries these findings are acknowledged by teachers and principals. They try to improve the children's well-being in schools and attach importance to positive relations between teachers and students.
