Inclusion in Romanian Education: Voices from the Field | InclEdu4AllNeeds Study Visit
What does inclusion look like in Romanian schools today? In this video, we hear directly from the voices of those working on the frontlines of inclusive education—teachers, support staff, and school leaders—who share their experiences, challenges, and hopes for better inclusion of persons with special needs. Filmed during the InclEdu4AllNeeds study visit in Romania, this video sheds light on the persistent barriers and the urgent need for political action, investment, and stronger support systems to ensure that all learners have access to quality education. The visit was organised as part of the ETUCE-EFEE InclEdu4AllNeeds project, which aims to promote the inclusion of persons with special needs through social dialogue in education.
