-Call for Expert Researcher – EastSD Project
ETUCE and EFEE are looking for an expert researcher to support the EastSD project, focused on strengthening social dialogue to make the teaching profession more attractive in Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership countries.
The role includes conducting research, designing surveys, analyzing data, and contributing to key project activities. The expert will also help develop guidelines and policy recommendations based on findings from peer learning events and stakeholder input.
Ideal candidates have strong research experience in social dialogue and education, analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Call for Video-Maker – EastSD Project
ETUCE and EFEE are looking for an experienced video-maker to support the EastSD project, focused on strengthening social dialogue to make the teaching profession more attractive in Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership countries.
The role includes filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos covering key project events, including peer learning activities and the final conference. The videos will help promote social dialogue and enhance the visibility of the project.
Ideal candidates have proven experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, along with the ability to capture engaging discussions and interviews.
